Dr. Torrales is a certified optometric physician specializing in vision correction, contact lens fittings, diagnosing and treating ocular diseases, and comprehensive eye care. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2011. Prior to pursuing a degree in optometry, Dr. Torrales graduated from Saint Leo University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. He has maintained continuous active membership in the New York State Optometric Society and the American Optometric Association since 2011. Dr. Torrales, born and raised in Florida, has been practicing optometry and serving the CNY community for 11 years, and joined Syracuse Eye Center in May 2021. Dr. Torrales is known to be compassionate towards his patients and takes the time to educate and inform his patients during the examination process.
